New people. New places. New protection.
Following recent outbreaks of meningitis in the UK, the MenB vaccine is being offered to some older teenagers and students under 25 who are at higher risk of exposure to meningococcal group B bacteria. This time-limited programme will be offered to some older teenagers and some new college and university students who are at higher risk of exposure to meningococcal group B bacteria.
To help raise awareness of the MenB vaccine programme, Public Health Scotland (PHS) has created a social media toolkit with assets and captions to share on your social media channels. Email, newsletter and website copy as well as digital screens are also available to download.
All resources can be downloaded on the PHS Marketing Resource Centre. Additional assets and resources will be made available throughout the campaign.
Please regularly feed these social media assets into your planned activity using the hashtag #MenBVaccine. Using the campaign hashtag is important as it allows us to monitor usage, which informs future campaigns.
