Childhood vaccinations - Additional social media assets - October 2025
Uptake rates of childhood vaccinations in Scotland remain high at around 95%, however there have been declines across baby and pre-school vaccinations in Scotland over the past decade.
To raise awareness and increase vaccine confidence of childhood vaccinations we've developed additional social media assets and suggested captions.
These additional assets focus on the safety and effectiveness of the vaccines offered throughout early childhood as well as when the vaccines are offered. These have been incorporated into the social media toolkit.
We would appreciate your support by regularly feeding these into your planned activity using the hashtag #ChildVaxScot. Using the hashtag is important as it allows us to monitor usage, which informs future campaigns.
