Translated vaccination resources
Vaccination is one of the most effective public health interventions. That’s why Public Health Scotland in collaboration with Scottish Refugee Council has created a range of resources to help those new to Scotland or whose first language is not English understand the vaccination programmes.
The resources include a guide for professionals, videos and posters, and can be downloaded here. The resources are available in 7 languages:
- Arabic
- Dari
- Pashto
- Polish
- Simplified Chinese (Mandarin)
- Ukrainian
- Urdu
The videos are also hosted on YouTube in a playlist which you can access here. The resources are also available in English and may be of interest to the wider community.
Professionals working in public and third sector organisations are encouraged to use the resources in their work with asylum-seeking, refugee and migrant communities.
Please feel free to share these resources with any relevant stakeholders or networks.
Your support is much appreciated.
