RSV Vaccination Programme Evaluation: Deadline Extended to 6 November 2024
Public Health Scotland is working in collaboration with NHS Health Boards to gather important feedback on the Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccination programme in Scotland.
As part of the evaluation, there are two short online surveys that eligible patients and staff are being invited to fill out. The deadline to participate has been extended and is now open until 5pm on 6 November 2024.
The RSV vaccine is offered to adults aged 75-79 years old, and also from 28 weeks of pregnancy. You can find out more about the vaccine programmes here.
We're interested in hearing from:
- people who are eligible for the RSV vaccine (regardless of whether they have been vaccinated or not).
- The patient survey can be accessed at: https://surveys.publichealthscotland.scot/126716
- staff who have delivered the RSV vaccine
- The staff survey can be accessed at: https://surveys.publichealthscotland.scot/626767
Hearing from both the patients and staff will help us understand what went well and what can be improved for future vaccination programmes.
Any help in sharing these surveys on social media and your internal channels to encourage participation with the relevant audiences would be greatly appreciated. To assist with this, we have produced social media assets, example copy, digital screens and posters to help promote the surveys. These resources can be downloaded via the PHS Marketing Resource Centre.
Your support is much appreciated.
